Orders over NZ $170: FREE Express Shipping
Orders Under NZ $170: $15 Express shipping

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address at checkout. We will not be liable for incorrect or outdated shipping details added to your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your Walker products as much as we've enjoyed creating them. But if you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from receiving your parcel to return your item to our warehouse.
We will only accept returns on all full-priced items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, unused and with swing tags still attached.
Any sale, promo, or discounted items are 'final sale' and, unfortunately, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully when shopping during a sale period.
We do not cover the shipping costs or provide labels on returns.

Once your item is received, inspected by our team, and approved as original quality, your return will be processed.
All refunds will be credited back to the original order's payment method. Some refunds may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be re-credited as part of your return.
If you want to exchange your item for a different size or colour, there are two options to process this return.
1 - You can follow the above returns process at no additional item cost. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will swap the item for your desired size or colour and send you a new order and shipping confirmation email.
2 - The alternative is to place a new order for your desired item while completing a return & refund for the exchange item. This will ensure that your replacement size or colour is still available, doesn't sell out, and is confidently on its way to your door. Then after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund and notify you via email.
We pride ourselves on designing, manufacturing, and delivering quality garments that you will love for many years; however, sometimes things happen outside of our control.
If a product in your order is faulty or damaged, please email us at HELLO@WALKERGOLFTHINGS.COM as soon as possible, include a description of the fault and any accompanying images showing the area of fault on the garment. We will review the issue and contact you with the next steps.
